Mindfulness Coaching

Mindfulness is a process of awareness – being attuned to experiences in that moment, without judgment or assessment – being present. Mindfulness is an intentional posture of openness and curiosity. Mindfulness involves flexibility of attention or broadening the focus of attention on different aspects of experience.
